We’re determined not to let the impending end of summer dampen the mood, so we’re kicking off fall with the World Sight Day Challenge! The challenge is a campaign to help the 600 million people in the world who are blind or vision impaired simply because they don’t have access to an eye exam and glasses.

Most people are surprised to learn that for as little as $5, someone living in an underserved community can be provided with a volunteer eye exam and donated glasses to transform their lives. As part of our commitment we are donating $10 every time someone chooses to improve their vision by upgrading to HD single vision lenses in October. This can provide vision for 2 underserved people with every upgrade!

Make an appointment or drop by the office anytime in October to help raise awareness and funds for this great cause. Find out more about the World Sight Day Challenge at givingsight.org.
